EVERY OTHER MONTH, DISCUSSING COLLABORATION AND CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAMS
In 2022, we kicked off a new format for Balanced Team conversations and exchange as an online encounter, using the in the Ether format. Our event are for now held on Zoom, in a Lean Coffee format, with no more than 25 participants, and results in dynamic open conversations, with notes that all participants can access during and after the event. We always listen to your feedback (you can send it via our Contact Us page) so share your thoughts on your experience of joining, or on other ways we could meet.
You can always sign up for our news. We promise we don’t spam. Alternatively, look for the #BalancedTeam hashtag on X (formerly Twitter)
Our current events are sponsored by

Balanced Team London UNCONFERENCE took place last on 6th April 2019

BALANCED TEAM is a global movement of people who value multi-disciplinary collaboration and iterative delivery focused on customer value as a source of information.
We’re a self-organizing group that learns from each other as we explore processes and methodologies to do good work with happy teams.
We welcome people who wear many hats (design, development, testing, product management, marketing and sales, to name a few) as well as those who wear only a few, just one or none yet.
If you’re interested in Lean Startup, Agile, Lean, Agile UX, Lean UX, Devops, Customer Development, ResearchOps – and anything else that values multi-disciplinary collaboration and iterative delivery of value – We hope you will join the conversation!
We chose to host an unconference. This format, also called a Barcamp, means no invited or selected speakers, no fixed agenda, no selling. It is powered by the passion and engagement of each and every participant. It is a space to learn, experiment, network and reflect with people who bring a wide spectrum of ideas and perspectives.
Come prepared to input and make this event your own, as the entire day is learner-led:
Participants provide the process, with support from the organising team
Participants propose, then choose, what they want discussed or considered
Each "room" has a timetable, designed by participants from the topics chosen
We invite participation, experiments and reflection
Learners capture & share their outcomes
We thank our sponsors, Pivotal Labs, Sense and Respond Press, and Baguette UX, who make the day possible and fully catered, and your ticket fee small.
